“Computing Technics and Informatics Scientific Research Institute” CJSC was founded in 1995, and the “It Park” brand, under which we carry out our activities, on May 18, 2003.
The history of the company began in 1976, when the “Algorithm” scientific research center was founded in Moscow, which was engaged in computer programming, technical support, and training and retraining of personnel for the USSR countries.
In 2003, by decision of the center’s management, radical systemic changes were undertaken, as a result of which the organization entered a new stage of development, becoming a CJSC and the company’s employees purchased all the shares from the government of Armenia.

Today, the center is called “It Park” – a modern, actively developing business center, which hosts more than 100 companies from the business world, the majority of which are representatives of the IT sector, thanks to which we can confidently say that we have preserved the main idea of the previous years’ activities.
“It Park” is equipped with a round-the-clock security system (more than 300 guarded parking lots, video surveillance, fire safety and civil protection), ventilation and heating systems.
There is a small park (green zone) in the center, which is surrounded by three buildings, which allows visitors and employees of the center to spend their working rest and meetings in a pleasant atmosphere.
The strategic policy of the business center is based on the idealization of the working conditions of the tenant, for which the company implements various programs.
Today, all Internet providers of Armenia work in the building, which can provide everyone with Internet at a speed of up to 1 GB/s access via fiber optic and UTP cables.
